Mark Weissman, President since 1991, holds a MHA and is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Mark has extensive academic and management experience in the health care services.

Ayesha Sumchai, RN MPH, is the Vice President of Clinical Affairs. Ayesha has been a professional nurse since 1970. She is a BSN graduate of Rutgers, The State University in New Jersey and received her Masters degree in Public Health from Hunter College, City University of New York in 1992. Ayesha has worked in home health care since 1981; and has worked in various positions in Long Term Home Health Care/Nursing Home Without Walls programs. She has extensive experience in the provision of community-based services to the senior population. Ayesha has been in nursing management postions in the Licensed Home Health Care field since 1992 in New York.
